Why we’re good at it
We have two decades of experience working with accomplished investment managers and legal, tax and accounting experts. As seasoned investors, we understand what clients require and can expect in transparency, timely reporting and service.
We know how to find, select, work with and terminate investment managers. Over the past two decades we have hired and terminated on average, one manager per year. More importantly, we have evaluated many more managers with whom we've chosen not to invest. This experience sharpens our skills and keeps us engaged with the current talent.
In our two investment programs, we currently work with eight accomplished managers. Each is well known within the investment community and widely respected by his peers. Our longest manager relationship is 20 years. Our shortest is one year. Although each manager has a defined, understandable and sustainable strategy, all have the ability to modify their approach as opportunities and market conditions unfold. Like us, our managers are opportunistic, invest alongside their clients and have a history of delivering results with integrity and service.
Our clients view us as a hardworking, experienced, honest and results-oriented partner who is easily and readily accessible. We have confidence in our strategy and execution and put our business and personal assets on the line with the investments we make.
